Are You Dreaming?  Email
How do you know you are not dreaming right now? Have you ever experienced a dream that you thought was “real,” only to discover that you were “only dreaming”? How can you be certain that you will not have this same revelation about the “real” world?

Awakened seers tell us that the universe is a reflection of our mind. People who have a near-death experience often sense the illusory nature of “reality.” Quantum physicists tell us that space-time is relative—not an absolute. They sometimes refer to “Brahma’s sleep” to explain their latest theories on reality.

Dreams remain hazy reflections of your lower nature until you wake up to the fact that life is a dream; that you are asleep in your holographic, self-created heaven or hell. Your pure intent challenges you to remain true to your life purpose—your primary dream. If you face your demons daily and embrace change, dreams become your dearest teachers. Otherwise, dreams haunt your slumbering unconscious.

As the kundalini ascends, and more ease enters your life, you create fewer “harsh” experiences, and more light, gentle experiences. You treasure your body as an etherial vehicle to carry your personality into light. You see that even the physical dimension is a dream. Everything you ponder becomes “real.” Everything you wish for manifests more and more quickly.

Waking Up

Every time you rest your body, put all your attention on the question, “Am I awake?” Make this question a constant in your slumber, your dreams, and when you wake up in the morning. Do not answer the question. Simply be happy with asking the question. Allow Silence to be your answer.

As your Silence deepens, enter the subtleties of your mind by asking, “Am I really awake?” Always assume that there is a deeper level to experience, and you will always remain in a centered, humbled state. Let the silence between your thoughts inspire, guide, and teach you.
